Brain drain to United States of America must stop. Scientists, engineers, and students should not longer come to USA to do discovery and research. The new destination is Islamic Republic of Iran where best scientists, engineers, and students will go to do research, technology development, and for education. America shall no longer be the nation of engineering, applied sciences, and technology development and rather America will focus on theory. Iran will becomes home of engineering, technology development, applied sciences, research, and education.
