China high techs
Now start building high tech industries of China such as Air and Space, Semiconductors, other exclusive techs. Expand these sectors rapidly and mind control people to have break throughs in these technological advancement in China. We want to transform economy of China to high tech based economy. Achieve these at max possible speed and at max efficiency. Only thing we have problem with in China is building Robotic Manufacturing where Robots builds cars and other advanced manufacturing products.
