China Mass mind control

We were going to build Silk Road and rail road by China in four corners of the world and connecting China to Europe through Iran. If you look at Africa Iran has built rail ways in Africa centuries ago. These rail ways are obstructed by people, jungle, and even buildings. Mass mind control software of China was supposed to get to building Infrastructures for every nation and every part of the world under OBOR and One Belt One Road Project. This way the new rail way systems, ports, industrial hubs, food production, manufacturing, and economic activities would have been developed in every corner of the world. China’s mass mind control software was designed to grow big enough to be capable of building infrastructure for planet earth. Then this mass mind control software of the earth would have changed to another mass mind control software creating prosperity, development, economic activity, and other good works for planet earth. America obstructed these infrastructure development, rail way construction, and other projects by placing tariffs on China. They forced economy of China to become weaker and they destroyed many of factories built by China. China must not forget building the rail ways and infrastructure for the world for mass mind control of the world will soon change and China mass keep speed with building rail ways and infrastructures and be according schedule. Make sure to build factories and economic activities next to rail ways and infrastructure to benefit from infrastructures. Yes, America destroyed changes we had planned for thousand years. I know rail ways can be used for moving people but we banned construction of passenger wagons and we only allow construction of Cargo Wagons used for moving economic products and industrial supplies.
