Electric power of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Russia
Iran should repair some of the power plants belonging to Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria but Iran also must build an electric grid from Iran to Lebanon and build a road, and rail road next to it to extend its presence all the way to Medditerranean sea. So Iran must repair some electric power plants in these regions and the cost of these projects will be paid by Qatar investments in Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon but Iran must ensure Iran keeps these regions dependent on Iran for electric power production and via a power grid. Russia is also dependent on Iran for electric power production.
These projects must be lucrative for Iranian Power Plant builders and it must expand the size of these industries in Iran until Iran becomes major producer of such power plants.
