Food Security of China correct version

China must place tariffs on food production imported from America. China has over one billion population and is reliant on United States of America for feeding its population and for its food security. Trump has made a trade deal with China making China even less food secure by forcing China to buy all its foods from America. China must develop its own food production using genetically engineered rice which grows in salt water and other food production methods in China. China can also build a substantially large farming industry in Africa and farm in different regions of Africa in different years. Because America will hit every region by weather warfare every couple of years and building extensive farming industry in one region of Africa will not lead to food security of China. Rather China must build extensive food production capacity in East Africa and regions toward Indian Ocean of Africa to ensure they can produce food for China. There are also regions like Myanmar, Thailand, South East Asia which can be used for food production. Now for start we must ensure China places heavy tariffs of food production of America.
