For building Soviet era technology in Iran we need to deeply integrate Iran and Russia Industrial supply chains for technologies such as Air and Space, Commercial Air Plane Manufacturing, Nuclear Technology, Military Industry, Missile Programs, Civilian Nuclear Industry, and industrial supply chains of these Industries. Russia must be able to produce all of its own soviet era and new technology independently itself and most have capability to produce all of the supply chains but Russia must be dependent on volume of parts and advanced supplies on Iran. Meaning Russia imports for example 40 percent of specific part from Iran while Russia produces 60 percent locally. Iran must have the capability to produce all of the parts locally in Iran as well and must have assembly and production of final products locally in Iran. Iran must also be dependent on volume of some of parts on Russia. This must be done in a great extend and must be done as fast as possible. Russia has other technologies not mentioned here which Iran and Russia must also build together. Iran does not need software company. We hack America and we still America’s software and app development data. 

Iran and Russia membership in Eurasian Economic Union will become a full alliance once they integrate their industrial supply chains to the extend mentioned above. This way they will never lose each other and they have to stay allies forever. This will give a great strategic depth to Russia by access to Persian Gulf via a land corridor via Moscow and it gives Iran a strong ally. Remember Alliances, treaties, and friendships can fall apart. What will make the alliance, treaties, and friendships eternal is integration of the industrial supply chains, strategic, exclusivities, and high tech sectors of the two nation.

Now I want you to expand the size of petrochemical facilities of Russia. Rapidly build them petrochemical industries, refineries, and advanced petrochemical productions. I want to expand size of petrochemical facilities of Russia by 500 percent within 1 year and I want to produce added value petrochemical products, strategic products, jet fuels, and other advanced intermediate products in these refineries. Make sure these refineries are not causing competition with Iranian petrochemical industries now and in future and rather they produce other products. I want to refine all of Russia’s oil in Russia and I don’t want to export them as crude oil. Also build industrial supply chains which will use these petrochemical products in their industries and industrial sectors and deeply integrate these industries with Iranian Industries. I want to make a very integrated industrial supply chain and system in Iran and Russia. Not only I want to refine all the petroleum but I also want to use refined petroleum in Iran and Russia in integrated industries and use them to make final products meaning I want to enter refined petroleum into corresponding Industrial supply chains locally in Iran and Russia. Then I want the to become high value final products for export or for internal use. This must also be achieved within 2 years. Concerning Iran I must say I want to refine all the petroleum from Caspian Sea, Persian Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq in Iran producing refined petroleum, added value petrochemical products, advanced petrochemical products, and strategic petrochemical products and this must be achieved within one year. Make sure you distribute these Iranian petrochemical industries around Iran and place distance between them for security. I want to also enter all the petrochemical products of Iran into its corresponding industrial supply chain in Iran and turn them to finish final products. For example, I refine the petroleum then I use them to make wires used in car tiers then I build car tiers and then I export 500 billion dollar of car tiers from Iran annually. Another method would be also using the car tiers in Car Manufacturing producing cars to be exported to four corners of the world. There is also military applications as I can make tiers used to move anti air missile systems, intercontinental, and other military equipments and these would be for Iran. Iran must achieve these level oil refining and petrochemical industries in 6 months.

Iran and Russia must work toward membership of Syria in Eurasian Economic Union. Iran and Russia must build factories, industries, manufacturing, and military industry manufacturing in Syria. Syria must be quickly developed and be prepared for becoming a power and strong economy for future integration with Iran. Syria must also join Eurasian Economic Union. We can start a branch of Syrian Military tasked with building infrastructures, industries, factories, machineries, supply chains, and other industrial projects. Russia and Iran both have capability to mass produce machineries, equipments,  construction materials, equipments, vehicles, and supplies needed for these projects. Russia and Iran can also start a military branch tasked with building factories in Syria. Iran and Syria must build infrastructure and new towns in Syria.

Russia and Iran must start talks with Montenegro and Bosnia Herzegovina to start process of their membership in Eurasian Economic Union. This will benefit these two nations economically and industrially preparing them to become emerging economies. New economic model of Russia since collapse of Soviet Union and the integration of their industrial supply chains will ensure these two Balkan Nations will prosper and advance. Bosnia Herzegovina and Montenegro will never be allowed to join EU and NATO and it is pointless to be on waiting list.
