Now publish a petroleum currency by Ruble of Russia. Ruble of Russia must become world trade currency and a petrol currency used for purchase and sell of petroleum and for international trade. Organizations such as BRICKS must use Yuan of China and Ruble of Russia and Eurasian Economic Union must use Rial of Iran and Ruble of Russia for trade. Russia must also work with Iran on building a new financial capital of the world similar to London and New York also China has built one recently.
