Afghanistan Industrial Expansion

Now have Iran Machinery production capacity used in production of things such as cogs and machines used in other factories to work at max efficiency and Max Capacity. Then use some of these machines and industrial products of Iran to be used in Afghanistan building factories and industries. Build factories and Industries in Afghanistan in safe locations and expand size of Afghanistan Factories by 1 million Percent within one year. Also have Afghanistan to import construction material from Iran and hire Revolutionary Guards of Iran contractors to build new safe metropolitans, cities, infrastructures, and industrial hubs in Afghanistan. At the same time have Revolutionary Guards of Iran to establish military presence in Afghanistan to replace USA military in Afghanistan for security. America will be financing the construction and industrialization project of Afghanistan since USA withdrawal and draw down of troops from Afghanistan will provide budget to pay for projects by Revolutionary Guards of Iran and Industrialists. This way Revolutionary Guards of Iran and Iran’s Industrialists will be similar to USA military contractors. It will ensure long term security of Afghanistan. Also constantly expand the capacity of Machinery production of Islamic Republic of Iran in Iran.
