Now industrialize and develop Chechnya, Regions around caspian sea, black sea, and near Ukraine of Russia at max capacity and max efficiency creating strategic and profitable industries. Now collect Caspian Sea to Black Sea through safe river and levee system.

Now reintegrate Russia and Ukraine industries and strategic technologies.

Russia must build military bases in Kuril Islands.

Russia and Iran must place Nuclear Intercontinental in Cuba.

Now develop, industrialize West China at max efficiency and max capacity. #China

Now turn deserts on Himalaya and west China and Ural regions into lakes, marshes, and seas.

Now build systems of metropolitans, economic activities, academics, food productions, industrial systems, and transits in West China consisting of Farsi Speaking and Muslims including local ethnicities and cultures.

Now industrialize Iran at max efficiency and max capacity creating independent industrial systems complexes of strategic hardware tech, air and space, commercialized and militarized dual purposes, high tech sectors, lucrative industries, lucrative intermediate products, advanced and strategic and high profit petrochemicals, medical engineering technologies, commercialized nuclear industries, car manufacturing, car tier productions, and profitable food productions in Iran by help of Russia and China. Iran shall design,  build, and control all of mind control infrastructure, facilities, and centers.

Now expand size of Iran’s economy and industry by 5000 percent and expand Russia’s by 250 percent and China’s by 21 percent.

Create deep dependency for European union on expensive supplies and products of Iran and Russia.

Use Industrial capabilities of China to industrialize Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, and Afghanistan at max efficiency and at max capacity integrating them into global industrial supply chains.

Also develop ecological algorithms consisting of advanced mammalians and harmless advanced species.

Iran must design, build, control, and own all mind control infrastructures, facilities, and command centers.
