European Union must start separating PESCO European Military from NATO. Their command and control, center power, Intelligence sharing, decision making, military bases, and plannings must be separated from NATO and be kept as Ultra Classified to NATO and five Eyes. PESCO must ensure military equipments of European Nations are no longer shared nor is under command and control of NATO. NATO must start closing down its military bases in Europe, South America, and Middle East.
