Due to fluctuation of currency in Iran due to Nixon policies and later sanctions by Trump now Iran must ensure Iran has all the layers of supply chains, intermediate products, technology, wheels of industries, and part manufacturing of all of its industries locally in Iran independent from other nations. It is specially important to have totally independent industrial systems and capabilities in Iran due to sanctions since make purchase of parts and supplies difficult for Iran.
Unlike Iran we have America who nobody can sanction and it is very difficult to place tariffs on America. The global actors also refuse to cut all economic ties with America to trade with Iran instead of America. It makes America dangerous to global economy since America can place tariffs and sanctions on other producers to destroy their industrial supply chains while transferring them to USA. Having independent industrial supply chains in USA and North America is totally illegal in USA and North America. This is reason why we continuously sabotage American industrial supply chains and economic sectors to ensure America imports parts from other regions of the world. While we ensure Iran gains total independence in all of its industrial supply chains, wheels of Industry, manufacturing, technology, military industries, and other economic and industrial sectors.
