The company must be nationally owned and Everytime Iranian companies need a new part used in their industries they would contact this Mega corporation and it will be engineered and mass produced for them. This company must grow and become capable of producing all parts. Foreign companies and industries must also purchase expensive parts from this Iranian corporation. Foreign companies will be also capable of ordering parts to be engineered and mass produced by Iranian company in Iran. This nationally owned company must be designed in a manner it be impossible to sanction and if it is sanctioned it destroys global industrial supply chains.
If Iranian industrists and manufactures need a part they cannot find around the globe they will ask this company to find local producer for them in Iran, around the world, or the Iranian company will engineer and produce the part for them. This will make doing industrial activities done with much ease in Iran since the nationally owned corporation can produce them or connect them to local producer of the parts Iranian or foreign industrists and manufactures may need. The act of finding local producers must be done by an Iranian Intelligence agency tasked with connecting industries, supply chains, and part manufacturers to other producers around the world and in Iran. Nationally Owned Part manufacturer of Iran

Iran must start a nationally owned corporation possibly by Iran’s Military, Central Bank, or other important parts of Iran’s government. This must be nationally owned to give it resilience against sanctions, fluctuations in value of currency, and other economic sabotages. The Nationally owned mega corporation must be tasked with building industrial supplies, parts, fabricated parts and materials, industrial products, and fabricated metals used in industrial supply chains, cars, industries, machineries, finished industrial products, advanced manufacturing, and other industrial projects. One corporation under national ownership must produce all of these products and they must have engineering firms, design groups, industrial engineers, and other teams enabling them to engineer new part and achieve high value production at max efficiency and max capacity. All Iranian corporations, industries, factories, manufacturers, car manufacturers, and Industrialists will contact this Iranian Nationally owned corporation and will ask for the parts they need to be engineered and mass produced. Some argue for essence of capitalism to thrive we need two such Nationally owned Industries in Iran to produce parts. There is also a nationally owned Train Manufacturer and Privately owned Train Manufacturer in Iran to create competition between them. This can also be done in Iran for this mega corporations tasked with production of parts. But they must both be mega corporations with massive industrial and engineering capabilities. The priority is with building Nationally owned Corporation for this task. We don’t want a privately owned network of part manufacturers in Iran  since our experience shows such networks of small sized part manufacturers and industrial producers will go bankrupt by sanctions and fluctuations in currencies very easily. So if there is a private sector then it must become a mega corporation with substantial amount of economic, political, and human resource backing to ensure they can survive harsh climate of Iranian economy. The nationally owned corporation in Iran will have full financial backing and support of Government of Iran, Central Bank of Iran, and Iran’s Military so they can weather the storms in this harsh economic climate under sanctions.
