Iran has many industrial parts, products, and goods ready to be exported. As long as they are not needed for industrialization projects of Iran they must be purchased. The factories in Iran who built them must be reopened and the global customers must guarantee to continuously purchase them as long as Iran wishes to export them. The Iranian customers for Iranian parts, products, and goods have priority to international customers. The purpose of this project is to revive Iranian industries which could be reopened due to losing customers, sanctions, or other events. International customers must pay higher price than normal price purchased from other sellers and higher price than normal price when importing from Iran or purchasing from other producers from other nations. But remember we want to industrialize Iran to its fullest potential and goal of industrialization of Iran has priority to exporting parts. Some of these parts may have application in future projects in Iran and such parts must not be exported. All the factories of Iran must be reopened and the factories can reopened when foreign companies start purchasing goods they can produce and Iran can produce if you pay in advance for their products. Some of these factories who produce parts themselves need parts imported from other countries or parts produced in Iran. So Iranian producers must be allowed to import parts even if sanctions are preventing them from being imported.
