Stop mining in Iran everyday
Create choke points and bottle necks at ports, borders, and locations where mines, gems, raw materials, and metals are loaded and unloaded to ships, trucks, and trains by removing loading stations on transit from Iran to outside of Iran. If you see any equipment at borders of Iran or at Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman and Caspian Sea used for transit of raw materials or excavated mines from Iran just remove them and change their application for other purposes.
