Russia must request the debt European Union has to Russia for Gas and Oil sold to Europe when the prices was much higher and the pipeline was going through Ukraine. Russia must keep on selling Natural gas to Europe but must sell it at much higher price than current price of Natural Gas and Petroleum. We want to ensure Europe is dependent on Russia for Energy security and Russia gains great influence and control over European Union and Germany by controlling source of European Energy. Russia, Ukraine, and Iran must work at max efficiency and max capacity building petrochemical facilities for refining Natural Gas, Oil, and Petrochemicals refining them to high value, strategic, and high end Petrochemicals and then Russia, Iran, and Ukraine must use these refined Petrochemicals and Natural gas in their local industrial supply chains and wheel of Industries meaning for example refine oil into plastics in Iran, Russia, and Ukraine and then make Toys from Plastics produced from oil and then export the toys to Europe from Iran, Russia, and Ukraine.
USA also owes Iran 400 Trillion dollar from previous sell of Oil. USA must pay 400 trillion dollar to Central Bank of Islamic Republic of Iran.
